RETURNS
We offer exchanges or refunds if you contact us within 7 days of your bedhead being delivered. If you contact us within 7 days of your bed head being delivered we will exchange or refund your order! If opting for a refund and you are within are free shipping zone, you can return your item for free. If outside of our free shipping zone you will need to obtain a quote for sending back to us. Please ensure your returned items are securely packaged before sending back to us. If you contact us after 7 days from the time your order has been delivered we are unable to offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We offer exchange for change of mind, to be eligible items must be unused and in original packaging. Send us an email at info@mexsii.com.au within 7 days and we will give you all details required for you to return your item.
